Returns and Exchanges

In general, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, please contact us ASAP if you have any issues, concerns, or questions with your order.

Before you purchase an item, you are confirming you have read all the details, descriptions, and inspected the photos before buying. If you have any questions after you have done all of this, we are available to you!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
