Shipping policy

Current Processing Time
For domestic orders without customization, current processing time is 2 - 8 business days. Handmade items, or those items with personalization may have a maximum of 12 business days processing time. Business days do not include weekends and holidays.

Shipping
Domestic shipping is currently free! We are currently only shipping to the US and Canada. For Canadian customers, you are responsible for paying shipping, customs, taxes, duties, and other fees that apply for items crossing borders. KC Bombshell does not charge these fees and we are not responsible for them.

Shipping Delays
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for shipping delays from our shipping partners. As much as we would love for your items to be received ASAP, once we ship them we are not able to make any changes (including cancellations) to your order.
If you are experiencing delays, please reach out to the shipping partner. We will try our best to assist you as much as we can.
During the holidays, please keep in mind that these are high volume times for our shipping partners and packages may be delayed or shipping information may not be updated in real-time. Believe me, we understand how frustrating it can be to deal with this!

Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages damaged or lost in transit. The carrier that shipped the item(s) will need to be contacted for a refund. If you are having difficulties, we will try our best to assist you so that you can receive the items you deserve. Please contact us if you need any assistance.

Incorrect Addresses or Shipping Information
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or shipping information entered at checkout once an item has been shipped. If you notice an error, please contact us right away. Once an order is shipped, the shipping partner would need to be contacted for an interception. Please contact us if we can be of any assistance with contacting the right shipping partner for your order.

International Orders
If you are located outside of the US and Canada and are interested in making a purchase, though, reach out through our contact form to let us know. KC Bombshell is a small business, and international orders open up a host of issues and fees that are difficult to handle right now. As we continue to grow, however, we will absolutely be reconsidering this policy.
