Ordered some fresh ink for your walls? Here's how to follow your order from our hands to your door.

The fastest way to track

When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Tap View your order in that email to open your live order status page, where you can watch your shipment move on the map with carriers like USPS and UPS.

If you're asked to verify it's you, enter your order number (it's in your order confirmation email, looks like #1234) along with the email address or phone number you used at checkout.

Track from your account

Log in to your account anytime to see every order you've placed with us, along with its current status and tracking details.

Track in the Shop app

Prefer push notifications? The free Shop app tracks your orders automatically, with live map updates and delivery estimates.

Where's my tracking number?

Your tracking number lives in your shipping confirmation email (sent as soon as your order leaves us). Click it to open the carrier's tracking page. We ship with USPS and UPS, and if the carrier's site asks for a number, just copy and paste yours from the email.

Heads up: during busy seasons carriers occasionally reuse tracking numbers, so a page may show older scans until your package gets its first scan. It catches up quickly.
